WIMS (White Ink Management System)
With the patent pending WIMS White Ink Management System, head clogging and maintenance down time is considerably reduced. The DTG-WIMS is the definitive answer to white ink settling problems. By re-circulation of ink via a pressurized peristaltic pump system coupled with pressure release filters and dampers your white ink is ready to print when you are. We have reduced the maintenance and downtime currently experienced by static ink delivery systems as used by other printers in the industry. The M-Series features the best all-round white ink print system in the digital textile market today.
Along with the WIMS, the DTG M2 incorporates a constant pressurized ink delivery system for coloured inks as well.

The M-Series bed in standard configuration supports two standard shirts with a unique bridge to allow extra wide prints to a maximum of 24" x 17.7" (610 x 450 mm).
Big image area options – convert the M2 into an M4 with our unique platen drive swap out mechanism for multiple production up to 8 shirts – need to print full length jeans, towels, etc. Image area 24" x 47" (610 mm x 1200 mm) – you can configure your M-Series to your market or grow into new markets and expand your profit options – It's flexible.
