Whether you've had your T-Jet for a while or you just recently purchased a used T-Jet . A tune-up will bring it back to its optimum performance level.
Service Done in Tune-Up Includes:
- Clean inside and outside of T-Jet
- Replace pump and cap assemblies and cleaner B & cleaner C (capping station)
- Replace encoder strip and spring
- Flush printhead
- Replace waste ink pads and maintenance tank
- Reset waste ink counter
- Lubricate guide rails
- Replace or clean drive belt and adjust belt tension
- Perform full head alignment
- Adjust bed functions, eject & load and bed level adjust, if necessar
- Perform test prints on shirt, 2 passes at least, to test registration
- Clean and inspect printbed scale
Parts Included in Tune-up:
- Cap assembly
- Drive belt / timing belt
- Encoder strip
- Pad
- Pump assembly
- Spring
- Squeegee / wiper blades
- Waste ink tank pad
- Cleaning cartridge set for all colours
Note: Any parts or service beyond the tune up will be an additional expense. We will contact the customer first and let them know if additional parts, beyond the tune up, need to be replaced and will provide them a quote. Once we get approval from the customer we will make the necessary repairs.
